Delivery
I aim to dispatch your item the next working day from your order/payment - items are often dispatched the same day.
I use Royal Mail and you should expect to receive your goods within a few days of placing your order - please contact me if you have not received your goods within 10 working days.
Payments
I accept payment via paypal which is very secure - you do NOT need a paypal account to pay in this way and it means you can pay on-line using your credit or debit card - this is the easiest way for you to pay and ensures your items are sent out quickly.
For more traditional customers I do still accept cheques and/or postal orders which should be made payable to Tina Holmes. Please email me from the "contact me" tab so I can assist if you wish to pay using this method. Note - no goods will be dispatched until payment has been received which will mean waiting until payment has cleared at my bank.
Gift Vouchers
Tina's Tiny Treats and the ABC Online shop does not accept gift vouchers for ABC Dolls House Shop for on line purchases - these can only be spent in the retail shop - ABC Crafts and Miniatures - for full location details see ABC web site.
Postal Charges
Postal charges are calculated by weight and will be applied when you proceed to checkout. You can check how much postage is applied by going to the checkout and calculating postage before continuing to shop.
Please note - houses and buildings can only be dispatched to mainland UK address unless by prior arrangement.
Stock availability
Many of the items on my site are handmade and are usually only made once - each item you buy is one of a kind with occasional exceptions where there may be a small number of copies made. This means if two people purchase an item at the same time then I will be unable to supply that item. This only happens in rare circumstances and I will contact you immediately if this should happen and either arrange an agreeable substitute or give you a full refund.
Safety
The items I make are for adult collectors - they are not toys and should not be given to children. Some items are very small and would be a choking hazard. We do have a children's range in our "real life" shop - ABC Crafts and Miniatures - and some items from this range will be included in the online shop - where items are suitable for children this will be stated clearly in the text about each product.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your purchase please send me an email to arrange return for a refund. I do not refund postage costs and refunds are only payable once items have been returned to me at your expense in an unused saleable condition. Should you need to email me in these circumstances please give me as much information as possible to allow me to help you - e.g. what did you order, when, how did you pay, why do you need to return the items...

Complaints
I don't usually get complaints but strongly believe people should know how to complain and what action will be taken if they are not happy with any aspect of my service. Should you feel you have a need to complain please email us via the contact us page on our main site www.abcdollshouse.com. It would be appreciated if you included a contact name and phone number in this communication. I will contact you within 2 working days should you ever have the need to complain.
